In celebration of Deaf Awareness Week, and in honor of our late cousin Bill Stokoe, Stokoe Farms is holding a Deaf Appreciation Day. The Deaf Community of Rochester is invited for a FUN day on the farm. The farm is working with Hands-In Entertainment to provide ASL Interpreted services throughout the farm. Our deaf patrons and their family will be able to enjoy the full experience of the farm, while interpreters are stationed to help make the day fun and enjoyable. Use this link for BEST PRICING. DEAF Circle serves to connect and empower diverse families with available support and exchange information in American Sign Language within our community networks. DEAF Circle serve to build relationships with other local organizations and communities in Rochester and national organizations. This organization is open to parents/guardians/family members who are deaf, hard of hearing or fluent in sign language. Their children may be deaf, hard of hearing or hearing.
